Deleting your Huppi account and data

This page explains how to have your account and data deleted in the Huppi app, developed by Futurecode.

Delete in the app (fastest way)

Sign in to Huppi and follow these steps:

  1. Tap Profile > Settings > Data and privacy > Delete account.
  2. On the confirmation screen, tap "Delete my account".

You need an internet connection to delete. If you like, before deleting you can use "Export my data" in the same section to receive a copy of your data by email.

What is deleted?

When your account is deleted, all of the following records on our server are permanently deleted:

Records that are subject to a legal retention obligation are kept for as long as that obligation lasts (see the privacy policy for details). Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; if you have one, cancel it in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions.

When is the deletion complete?

Data that stays only on your phone

Your menstrual cycle and partner tracking data stay only on your phone, encrypted. They are never sent to our servers, so there is nothing to delete on the server. Uninstalling the app from your phone is enough; if you like, before uninstalling you can also tap Privacy > Delete everything in cycle or partner tracking.

If you cannot access the app: request by email

If you lost your phone, deleted the app or cannot sign in, you can ask for your account to be deleted by email:

  1. Send your request to destek@futurecode.com.tr from the email address registered to your Huppi account (if you signed in with Apple or Google, the address that service shares). We verify your identity through this address.
  2. Write "Huppi account deletion request" in the subject line. Do not write your password or personal health records in the email.
  3. Once your request is verified, we start the deletion of your account; the 30-day rules above apply in the same way.

If you cannot write from your registered address, we may ask for additional information to verify that the account belongs to you.

Write a deletion request email
