These terms govern your use of the Huppi app and website provided by FUTURECODE TEKNOLOJİ İNOVASYON VE YAZILIM A.Ş. ("Futurecode"). By using Huppi you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. Description of the service

Huppi is a free habit-tracking app that helps you track habits such as water, steps, sleep and fasting and adds game elements such as XP, levels, badges, streaks and leagues. The app is free; no feature in the app requires payment.

2. Age limit

Huppi is for people aged 18 and over. By using the app you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Your account and your responsibility

4. Acceptable use

When using Huppi, you agree not to:

If you break these rules, we may restrict or close your account without warning.

5. User content

The only content visible to others is your name (shown with the initial of your surname), your avatar and your game data (level, title, streak, XP); it is shown to your friends and in the league. You agree not to use a name or image in these fields that is unlawful, offensive or belongs to someone else. We may remove inappropriate content if we notice it.

Your health-related records (water, steps, sleep, fasting, weight, height) and your cycle data are never shown to other users.

6. Intellectual property

The Huppi app, its software, brand, logo, characters, images and texts belong to Futurecode and are protected by law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the software.

The records you enter belong to you; we process them only to make the app work (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Huppi is not a medical device

Huppi is not a medical device or a medical app; it does not diagnose, cure or prevent any disease and does not give health advice. Information in sections such as fasting and cycle is for information only; you set the goals. See a doctor if you do not feel well. For details, read the Health Disclaimer page.

8. Limitation of liability

Huppi is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors; we work with care, but data loss, interruptions or errors can occur. Except for our wilful misconduct and gross negligence and cases that cannot be limited by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of or inability to use the app, for loss of profit, or for the consequences of decisions you make based on information in the app. Mandatory consumer protection law remains reserved.

9. Changes to and termination of the service

As we develop Huppi, we may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend the service temporarily or permanently. We try to announce important changes in the app. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Account deletion

You can delete your account via Profile > Settings > Data and privacy > Delete account or by following the steps on the Delete Account page. If you sign in within 30 days of the deletion request, the deletion is cancelled; when the period ends, your account and records are permanently deleted.

11. Apple App Store (iOS version)

For the iOS version, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. Apple is not a party to this agreement: Futurecode provides Huppi to you, and Futurecode alone is responsible for the app, its maintenance, its support and any claims you have relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement; when you accept these terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.

If the Standard EULA and these terms conflict, the Standard EULA prevails in the iOS version.

12. Google Play (Android version)

In the Android version, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Google is not a party to these terms.

13. Governing law and competent courts

Turkish law applies to these terms. For disputes, Ankara Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri has jurisdiction; the statutory rights of users who are consumers (consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts) remain reserved.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is on this page; we announce important changes in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the current terms.
